Donations - In Memoriam
At times of bereavement, families often wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers for a loved one. If you have suffered a recent loss, please accept our sincere condolences.
Funeral Directors are usually agreeable in offering to organise collection of contributions and take responsibility for forwarding them to us. The donations are noted in the name of the deceased person and we send an acknowledgement to the next of kin.
Donations can be used to contribute to the provision of specialist medical equipment and to provide those extras which give the hospital its special comforting and therapeutic atmosphere for patients undergoing treatment for all types of cancer. We hope you can take comfort from knowing that your kind support will benefit our patients both now, and in the future.
There are several ways to make an in memoriam donation - you may wish to visit the Appeals Office in person, or send a cheque (made payable to 'Cookridge Cancer Centre') to:
